90s couture black dress pants European size 44

There’s a great pair of vintage women’s dress pants by votre nom pants size 44 ..in today’s sizes they would probably be a 4 or 6. These were given to me years ago but are just too short.. I’m 5-10”. I’m a terrible photographer so please ask questions if you have them. They measure 15” across the waist and I have a high rise of 13 “.. The inseam is 30 inches and they are a straight leg as they measure just over 8 inches across the hem.
