90's black and cream floral sleeveless maxi dress

90's black and cream floral sleeveless maxi dress. Brand is Steppin' Out. No marked size tag but I'd suggest for a smaller medium in women's. I'm going to list as a medium but it should be a smaller medium, please check measurements listed below to make sure it fits! The measurements do make it seem like a medium would fit but the only way to put it on is by putting the entire dress over your head from the bottom and as a medium it was difficult to get my arms out as there's no stretch. Not sure if it's just because of the inner lining that makes it difficult to put on. Flaw: small thread pull line. It may have more that I haven't spotted but nothing noticeable. Measures 18 inches pit to pit (36 inches), waist is 17 inches (34 inches), hips are 18 inches (36 inches) and it is 53 inches long. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits.
