90s Western Inspired Dress

Navy blue and cream dress with lots of details. All buttons are real! 4 front pockets. Bottom pockets are very large. Detail at bust pocket and back yoke with contrasting piping and thread looks like a Western shirt but overall the vibe also reminds me of an explorer style. 5 buttons up front. Buttoned and cuffed sleeves. Elasticized waist with two belt loops. Striped belt with two ring buckle. Tag says made in China, 65% polyester/35% cotton blend, size 5/6, machine wash warm, line or tumble dry. Vintage, probably early 90s from tag. Seems like good quality from the details. **Some deodorant stains on underarms and on front. Otherwise good vintage condition. Would fit modern small/medium 19" pit to pit 13" unstretched to 16" stretched
