Full length button down with black flower etched buttons. Fitted waist with pleated skirt with pockets. Mid calf midi length. Excellent vintage condition. No flaws. The waist on this is tiny (26”) with no stretch and seems to be either slightly drop waist, or for a longer torso, or you have this extra fabric/looser fit above the waist as you see on my mannequin.
