90s Vintage Ruffle Dress

1990s vintage little black bodycon midi dress in an all over cherry blossom print. Made in USA. Curve hugging and seriously the most figure flattering dress ever, with the prettiest oversized fluttery ruffle detail at the neckline. Super unique. Tagged a size large, but the fabric has stretch and conforms to your body, so I could see this dress looking great on most sizes. Pictured on a 5’ 5” / 25” waist / size small.
