90s Vintage Rampage Dress - Brown Velvet - Size Small

I used to put on punk shows at the local VFW when I was in high school. Most people had to pay $2 to get in so we could cover the room (hopefully). There was a girl who wore dresses like this almost exclusively. Being a horned up teenage boy, I always tried to let her in free as a display of my feathers. She never failed to pony up the $2. I learned a lot from that. This velvet dress has a round neckline and fitted bodice with princess seams that create great silhouette. The defined waistline and flared skirt give it an A-line shape.
