90s Vintage Pleated Corduroy Pants Tommy Hilfiger

I thrifted these and was originally going to keep them, but they don’t fit around the waist. For reference I am 5’3 and am a size 26 or size 4/6. It would fit women size 0-2, but be sure to double check the photos for measurements.
