A true two-tone dress! Vintage 90s Moda International checkered maxi dress, 100% rayon (6). Flouncy bottom, pulls over the head, faux pearl button closure at neck. Comes with the snazzy belt too! Only flaws I can see would be some mild discoloration on the belt, which isn't really noticeable, and can be worn with or without. Not a lot of stretch in the bust, but waist has some, with elastic.
