90’s Vintage Guess Black Polyvinyl Zipper Jacket Small

Item is Preloved. No noted flaws. Measurements are in photos. Black zipper jacket with polyvinyl black sheen that everything had & needed in the 90’s. Buttons around neck allude to fact there used to be a hood. Also, there are belt loops around waist of item. Item does NOT have the hood or a belt. Other than that, excellent condition.
