90's VTG reworked plus size ocean lighthouse nautical high waisted mini skirt

high waisted white mini skirt featuring "waves" accented by blue & white ric rac trim. lighthouse appliques are throughout. has a few navy & gold HTV seashells. has one small spot on the back (pictured) and a few spots of wear but in otherwise good condition. original tag size 18, but would best fit a size 14/16. shown on a size 14/16, 5' 2", 179lbs SPOT TREAT & AIR DRY ONLY measurements taken with garment lying flat double where appropriate waist unstretched 17" waist stretched 18" hips 23" length 16.25" this item has been reworked by me. i am not a professional seamstress, so the seams are not serged and there are eccentricities (i.e. imperfect stitching).
