90’s Tube Dress

Nothing says 90’s night on the town like the sleek, black, tube dress. Features a sewn on tie to cinch the waist. Thin but opaque. No tag, but feels like some sort of polyester blend. I’m an 8 (38/30/40) and this dress fits just right.
