This is a vintage "Best" Fruit of The Loom T-Shirt , Size Large. From the early 90's Single Stitch , Graphic by Richards & Southern Made for the Children's Rights Council, this shirt was released in the early 90's to motivate Kids to tell their parents if they see a crime committed or drug activities happening around them.
