90s Night Sky dress 2 pc by Gail Garner

Night sky themed 2-piece ensemble in midnight blue with white stars and nebulae over a dark blue simple sleeveless sheath. The overdress is roomy, translucent and has a full gathered skirt, scoop neckline and 3/4 sleeves. The underdress is a solid blue sheath. There are some flaws where the 100% rayon material was likely machine washed and dried, resulting in some fraying and slight shrinkage of the overdress. The underdress is in excellent condition and could be hemmed to match, left alone, or worn separately. Size is XL. Designed by Gail Garner for All That Glitters San Francisco. Vintage 1990s.
