90s Maxi Neon Stretchy Dress size medium

Black, neon green, and neon pink. Stretchy, form-fitting to the waist with a flared skirt. Has a barely noticeable spot (see pictures), and can probably be removed. Size is medium but stretchy enough for up to XL. 18" pit to pit, 50" in length. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Dog-friendly home.
