90’s LEE USA Blue Move Cropped black label vest

Cut off jacket and now a vest Lee USA rare blue move high waisted with blue monogram patch belt loops I bought this with a bandana laced into the back loops . Back pic shows the beginning of 2 wear spots just adds to the look . Under front flap shows dark blue wash no size measures chest flat front 19 1/2” length from back of neck 17 1/4”
