90’s Japanese navy plaid thick shirt dress

90’s Japanese navy plaid thick shirt dress from Ivy League- from a High end department called Isetan- I loved the thick material and classic navy/ red/ cream plaid. It has a self tie that’s not attached. You can tell it’s quality made. Size M- but it would accommodate US size M/L. Which is unusual for Japanese made items. (49 cotton/31 polyester/ 17 rayon/3 elastane) so it has nice thick material with good amount of stretch. Only worn a handful of times. Gentle cycle wash/hang dry. Looks new.
