Long and flow-y, 90's vintage sleeveless maxi dress. Dark blue background with small yellow flowers and contrast trim. 100% mid-weight rayon with great drape. Two side ties make this dress adjustable and very forgiving. Size M but would fit a large. Excellent condition.
