90s Shimmery Shirt

Vintage 90s or Y2K 2000s plus size holographic / shimmery blue button-up shirt by David Wayne. So cool! Tagged Women’s size 2X fits true - my Mom bought this and she’s usually a 3X and this was too tight on her. Unisex. Could fit a XL oversize too. Could be worn open as a jacket / layering piece too. Polyester & rayon is lightweight and great for Summer. Says dry clean only, but I was able to hand wash in cold + hang dry successfully. Could just use a steam or press.
