90s Green Bay Packers Velcro tri-fold wallet signed #37

Bought this at a rummage sale a few years back. It is in mint condition and does have a signature on it. I have absolutely no clue who the signature is. I used to have a velcro Milwaukee bucks wallet i would use and it was a major conversation piece everytime i’d take it out.
