90’s Floral Print Sleeveless Dress

Lovely vibrant floral dress, sleeveless, rayon material, the sizing appears strange. Shows PS, it appears to be between a size 6-8. could be cinched at waistline with a belt, perhaps it’s supposed to be a tad loose fitting. I would say this best fits a medium frame or medium to large possibly.
