90s Floral Hippy Crinkle Skirt

The sweetest vintage floral crinkle skirt. Semi- sheer, but lots of fabric. A great 90s maxi style, or could go more hippy. The elastic is a little tired, could be replaced if desired. Size tag has been cut out- probably around a 10/12, but see photos for measurements.
