90s Floral Crop Top

OMG. This top. Shoulder pads, front ties, crop top, drapes well... My teenage dream! It is a size Medium and is just a little too big for me. Probably would fit best if you are taller than me (i am 5’4”) and maybe have a larger frame. But it can really kind of fit a wide range of body types because of the space. Tie details down the front.
