90s Exotic Bird Peacock Snake Print Scarf Dress

This dress has a lot going on so I'm not really sure what to call it, but I love it! So flowy and fun! The pattern has peacock feathers, rattlesnake skin and some other exotic bird feathers. They sort of remind me of owl feathers. The brand is Signature JMB Made in India Tagged a size medium 100" polyester Beading and a ribbon tie at neckline. Pit to pit measures 15" I'd recommend for a small with smaller bust size. 36" to 60" in length. The dress has some fraying at the armpits but otherwise good pre-owned condition.
