90s/ Early Y2K Pink Sundress with Asymmetrical Hem

This late 90s early y2k dress is absolutely darling. Made by Pelican Cove, it’s a pink sundress covered in a sheer floral pattern. It has spaghetti style straps and a frilly asymmetrical hem. It pulls on over the head and is somewhat stretchy - marked a size large but likely a Jr brand so fits a bit smaller. In good condition with no major flaws to note.
