90’s ESPRIT Cut Off Pants/Jeans

These were mine in HS. It seems that I cut all of my pants into jeans. They used to fit me very loosely. I was 5.6 110 pounds. They were an 11/12 in the 90’s which I think is about a modern day 7/8. Waist is 30” Hips are 40” The material is more like that of cargo pants.
