Adorable velvet dress is pre owned vintage in great condition. Made of rayon velvet so it’s more weighty/slinky, so the belled sleeves are very animated when wearing. Please see photos for measurements. Marked as size Medium/Large and has no stretch, so please keep that in mind with sizing.
