90s Crushed Velvet Halter Sweetheart Wiggle Dress

Late 90s crushed velvet stretch wiggle dress, worn by my sister for prom. By Jay Jacobs size 13/14. Dress is a stretch polyester, unlined Front side slit, low back, back neck button closure, light poly boning in the bust area. My sister wore it back in the day for a school dance - I think it had Rhinestone buttons that were taken off or in the picture it was fancy pins - NOT included. Bust 36" Hips 40 Length from top of bust line hem to floor 48' aprox. In excellent condition for age!
