90s Cowl Back Metallic Top

This is the perfect "night on the town" top. Could be dressed down with jeans or up with a black pencil skirt. Dramatic cowl dipped back that is fastened with the thinnest strip of metallic material. The front is weighted with a small weight so that it drapes optimally. Tag says 90% rayon and 10% metallic fiber. Dry clean only. Made in Hong Kong. It is marked as a size 6. It's a tad sheer.
