90’s Anna Kriste Beachy Shell Shirt XL

This shirt is super fun! White shirt with blue/teal shells & starfish. Item does have shoulder pads that can be removed by buyer. Cowl type neck. Only front closure is two side-by-side small buttons meeting just below cowl neck. Mannequin is size 4, for reference. Item does not have to be clipped to fit in her. Top is very flowly with long torso. 100% polyester. Made in the USA. Tag says size 16, I’m comfortable calling it an XL. Measurements in photos.
