9 fits Xs-S 90s Vintage Black Velour Midi Dress

Beautiful homecoming dress or another special occasion. Black velour with stretchy glittery fabric along the top and straps. Seems to have been taken up in the straps so you could get at least 2.5" more strap if you restitch them. I am guessing it was hemmed too, but v professionally done. 47" long or midi for most people.
