Geoduck pronounced, Gooey-duck clams are a prehistoric burrowing clam. 9 half shells
They are commercially harvested in Southeast Alaska, some are sent to China, and they are a delicacy for the West Coast, the best clam chowder you will ever have! They sell for $80-$90 a clam.
These have been sprayed with a polyurethane, clear gloss
Make for good craft projects

Shells are made up of calcium and will decay if left outside in the sun and weather
