9 & CO blue and white pattered pencil dress. Size 12 but fits small.

This is a lovely linen textured pencil dress with a satin feel liner to make sure nothing shows through. Comfortable but fits more like a 10 than a 12. A few snags on the fabric that barely show up against the pattern.
