8" silver tone charm bracelet with watch charm!

I got this from an estate, and I thought it was cool! Especially because there's a watch charm attached. The watch itself will need a new battery - full disclosure. It doesn't look to be very worn. I would say it was in "like new" condition, very minimal wear if any. 8" long and there are a multitude of charms on this piece - heel, purse, shamrock, key, heart and something else I can't quite make out. The watch charm by itself is 22mm in diameter. Not entirely sure who made this piece. On the back of the watch it says "Stainless steel, WM 138, 1112, Accutime watch Japan MOVT"
