NWOT! We literally just took the tags off to wash it! Bought this for my sister! She had a business event coming up and it didn’t fit her like she hoped. This shirt had a ribbed like texture, but it is SOOO SOFT. It does have a little tie/cinch detail on the bottom. You can tie it. Never worn! We wash all our clothes with sensitive detergent!
