80s-inspired navy blouse with pearls NWOT

I have had this gorgeous blouse for years and still haven't worn it, so it's only fair that it gets a new home where it gets to be seen! It reminded me of The Golden Girls in the best way: draping in the front, embellished with pearl and silver beads, a little bit of a puffed sleeve, and gathered into a ribbed bottom. Soft navy blue color. NWOT (this was exactly as I received it from the now-defunct site Avenle, just a baggie with no spare beads or buttons and no tags.) Never worn, only tried on and stored in a closet. Make me an offer or bundle for a deal!
