80s/90s Black Velvet‎ Heels

These heels are in good condition and have been tested for dry rot and passed, though vintage shoes have a reputation for being tricky. There is a flaw as shown at one of the heels and these do show their wear on their soles. Best for an 8, may do a small 8.5, as tried on my own size 9 feet.
