80’s vintage Red cocktail dress and jacket

Ready for Valentine’s Day! Actually from the 80’s but works for today! Vibrant red strapless dress with cropped bolero style jacket (shoulder pads too!) rose design embedded in fabric. Rhinestone design on bow accent. Dress is made by Pantagis but matching jacket is labeled Greg Adams for some reason but fabric matches perfectly and must have been mislabeled. 18 inches armpit to armpit seam, 15 inch across waist.
