80s teal short sleeve sweatshirt

Very cute! Fabric shows some wear. Gathered at waist. Seam along waist shows some wear. See pics. Machine wash, lay flat to dry. Color may look different on your screen. Tag says medium. I measure it at 21.5" across the bust, length 21", gathered waist is 28".
