80s or 90s Vintage Bold & Colorful Patterned Midi Skirt - S/M

Vintage 80s or 90s midi skirt by "that's me!", no size listed, but this fits me comfortably as a S/M. Elastic stretch in waist up to 19". No material listed, but it's lightweight - not sure if it's cotton, or cotton blend, acrylic, etc. Excellent preowned condition, just a little wrinkly from storage. Fun skirt!
