Super vibrant tropical 80s retro vintage dress. White background with pink, turquoise, and yellow flowers. Bold collar. Huge shoulder pads with matching fabric. 6 buttons double breasted at waist (just decorative). Some buttons droopy, could be re-sewn tighter. Otherwise good vintage condition. Rayon, dry clean only. Laying flat, measures 16" at bust and 13" at waist
