80s black and blue floral dress

Vintage secretary dress, black with small royal blue abstract flower print. Padded shoulders, 3/4 length sleeves with black button at each cuff. Sailor collar, bodice lined to keep blousy look. No closure, elastic waist, pleats at hemline. Tags: Act I, New York, Size 3/4. No fabric information but appears to be a silky polyester.
