80s Vintage Secretary Dress with Belt

Has 4 POCKETS - 2on the sides as well as 2 breast pockets Buttons travel from neck to waist and a small hook with loop at waist. Size 12 but will run small in waist! Larger in chest area than in waist. Below knee length All buttons are intact, belt and belt loops are intact as well. When buttoned waist is approximately 14.5in, when buttoned pit to pit is approximately 18 in Last photo is a bottom hem which is consistent throughout the entire dress looks like a flaw but is not. Stunning lilac purple with reversible matching colored belt with bright light blue on the back.
