Beautiful vintage 1980s floral day dress. A-line skirt. Mid length. It feels like all cotton but there possibly may be a hint of polyester. Lightweight! No stretch to the fabric. Elastic waistband. Blue vinyl belt included! Made in the USA by Goody Excellent condition. It looks as though it has never been worn. The belt is a little stiff but still functions great.
