80’s Vintage Blue Velvet Loralie Original Evening Gown

80's vintage azure-blue velvet evening gown by Loralie Original. Dress features a halter neck with long white chiffon ties, a beaded and jeweled detail at the neck, and slit in the back. Tag notes a size 14 and the fabric composition is 49% acetate, 26% nylon, and 25% polyester. Blemishes include a small pinhole on one of the chiffon ties.
