Waist band 13.5” measured flat. 1” waist band from bottom of waistband to hem 41”. Padded shoulders . Pads easily removed with a snip if some stitches. Wear on silk pad covering. Shoulder to sleeve hem 23.5”. Small hole in sheer peplum. Didn’t notice hanging due to ruffles. Light wear but looks like it was a worn for a few hours then stored dress.
