80's Vibe Shoulder Appliqué Tunic

So pretty! Has a black Appliqué is on both shoulders and is a tule mesh fabric with beads and sequins. Very loose fitting soft cotton, short sleeve, tunic length. Mauve color. It's a medium, could easily be a large or xl. Oversized. Looks really good belted as a dress imo.
