80s Style Sweetheart Neckline Mini Dress

This is a black kneelength dress that fits tight in the hips and has a ruffle around the neckline. The inside of the neckline has a band of “stay put“ glue type stuff, so you could wear it off the shoulder and it won’t fall lower than you want it to. Always makes me think of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman.
