Brand is Samantha Stevens Petites. Tagged a size 10 and fits like a M/L modeled on a S/M 34B 5'5". Skirt is not lined and semi-sheer, bodice is lined. No shoulder pads. Washes up nice. In good used condition with no noticeable flaws.
