80s Navy Pencil Skirt with Rhinestones

Vintage, navy blue pencil skirt with rhinestone decorative detail on the front. My mom bought it in the 80’s. There is no size tag, however, size estimate is small. The approximate measurements are: Waist - 30” and Length - 26”. Rhinestone decoration on front middle seam. #vintagepencilskirt
