80’s Floral Tie Croptop

Amazing piece of fashion history that is making a comeback. Tie-style crop, fantastic summer floral print. Complete with buttons that function and (removable) shoulder pads. It has an oversized crop top feel, but could certainly be a bit more fitted and still super cute! Great condition, marked medium which seems accurate for the oversized fit mentioned.
